Counseling & Cognitive Intervention

After completing a neuropsychological assessment, the focus shifts to enhancing cognitive health and addressing identified challenges. Targeted interventions are then developed to support long-term cognitive well-being and improve daily functioning.
Our Counseling & Cognitive Intervention service offers in-depth cognitive evaluations designed to assess critical thinking, memory, and processing abilities. These evaluations provide valuable insights into cognitive strengths and areas for improvement, enabling us to tailor intervention strategies that best support personal growth. With this personalized approach, clients receive targeted care to enhance their cognitive functioning and overall mental well-being.

Counseling combined with cognitive intervention offers a powerful pathway to understanding, healing, and enhancing mental resilience for a better quality of life.

HRV is the variation in milliseconds between each consecutive heartbeat. A healthy heart doesn’t tick evenly between each heartbeat like a metronome. Instead, there is constant variation in the amount of time between each heartbeat.
The greater your heart rate variability, the more readily your autonomic nervous system can shift gears between its sympathetic and parasympathetic modes, which is healthy. Higher HRV indicates that the autonomic nervous system is balanced and can respond to external stimuli flexibly and resiliently. In contrast, low heart rate variability indicates that the body is stressed and not functioning optimally.
