Cognitive Wellness refers to focusing on building and protecting your brain health. We now know that cognitive decline can begin 10-15 years before serious and potentially unchangeable symptoms occur.

This is done with evidenced-based neurocognitive assessment, which provides a solid baseline to document your brain health. This baseline allows you to have a comparable baseline if you feel your cognitive health changes.
